Suitable for all fitness levels, ages and genders, our corporate bootcamp sessions are a great way to boost team morale!
Sessions cost from $150 for a 45-minute workout for up to 16 people (that’s less than $10 each!). Larger groups and longer sessions can also be catered for on request.
For when you need a little more individual attention to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Includes a one-on-one goal-setting consultation (in person or over the phone) to identify your needs, as well as a personalised nutrition program and ongoing coaching and support for four weeks. If you require more specialised dietary advice, we’ll refer you to a dietician.

We want your kids to be happy and healthy too! So during the school holidays we run special bootcamp sessions for parents and kids at King George Park (see ‘Schedule’ for days and times).
$25/session (one adult and up to two kids)
Each extra child is $5 (under 5s are free) and the cost includes a healthy morning tea at the end!
