Sugar-free Brownies

I’ve committed to quitting alcohol AND sugar for FebFast again this year. I’m not much of a drinker but I do have a big sweet tooth so I know which part is going to be harder! To ease me through the withdrawals I’m picking out a few of my favourite sugar-free recipes. These brownies are sweetened with bananas (a better option than dates or traditional sweeteners) which add fibre and magnesium (among other good things) without the sugar spike – plus the protein powder makes them the perfect post-workout snack!
