Simple, healthy, delicious recipes that will take the guesswork out of what to eat and how much, and help you build a strong, lean body. Recipes are family friendly and cater for vegetarians as well as gluten + dairy intolerances.
Group training sessions
Sessions that are fun, energizing and constantly varied to keep your body challenged ensure you look forward to training and get maximum results from your time! You can choose to train twice a week or do unlimited sessions to ramp up your results (includes Mums and Bubs and Bootcamp or a combination).
Access to our closed FB group
Where you’ll get invaluable nutrition and training tips, recipe ideas and support from head trainer Amy, as well as an amazing bunch of like-minded women! Weekly FB lives will also help keep you accountable and on track to reaching your goals.
12 Week Spring Challenge
This is not a quick-fix “slimdown challenge” or “bikini body diet” (though weight loss may be a happy consequence of your involvement!). The Spring Challenge is about making long-term, sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle so you reap the benefits into this summer and beyond.
