12 Week Spring Reboot

This is not a quick-fix “slimdown challenge” or “bikini body diet” (though they may be happy consequences of your involvement!). The reboot is about making long-term sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle so you reap the benefits into this summer and beyond.
